Here at Frith Farm Dried Herbs Ltd we specialise in growing specific varieties of herbs. The finished dried leaf is produced to the highest of standards to suit the culinary and herbal tea market.

The Casson family have been growing and processing herbs since the late 1950’s for the flavour and fragrance industries, here at Frith farm in Hampshire.

The family is still very much involved in the whole business. The third generation of Casson’s and Harding’s is now involved in all aspects of the business from the growing, processing through to the office.

The herbs are currently grown in house or sourced locally. Provenance and traceability is a hugely important part of the company’s ethics. Comprehensive systems have been established to maintain assurance of quality from the field to the customer. There is direct involvement by the company at all stages of production.
